Rice and vegetable stock should be added to your instant pot. Mix thoroughly to distribute the rice evenly. Add carrots in dice and cover the pan.
Set the vent to the "SEALING" position, choose "MANUAL," and set the timer for 3 minutes in the instant pot.
Press the "CANCEL" button when the instant pot has finished cooking. Release the pressure manually after 10 minutes.
The rice will be quite sticky when you mix it now, but it should alter its texture and lose a significant amount of its stickiness. Press the "SAUTE" option while moving the rice to one side. Frozen peas and oil are added, and they are sauteed for about a minute before being combined.
Create a well in the rice's center, then fill it with beaten eggs. Before completely turning off the Instant Pot, stir the egg into the rice and sauté everything together for an additional one to two minutes. Taste it, then add salt and pepper if necessary.
