Cleanly scrub the potatoes under running cold water, then drain and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
In a medium bowl mix the potatoes and the olive oil alongside the spices.
Shake the basket of the air fryer after adding the seasoned baby potatoes to ensure that they are arranged in a single layer.
Shaking the basket halfway through, air fried the tiny potatoes for 12–15 minutes at 200°C/400°F, until fork tender and crispy on the outside.
Serve the potatoes right away after removing them from the air fryer basket. Enjoy!
The Air Fryer doesn't need to be preheated, but if you have the time, doing so will make the potatoes crispier.
The additional starch can be removed from starchy potatoes by soaking them in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes before roasting.
The potatoes must be completely dry before roasting; else, they will steam.
To flip the potatoes halfway through, use tongs or a turner; shaking the basket can break parts of the potatoes and result in partial flipping.
