With proper seasoning, ground turkey can be turned into a delicious and filling dish. Be it burgers, tacos or stir-fries, the right seasoning of herbs and spices not only uppens its taste but also keeps it juicy and tasty.
½teaspoon Italian seasoningoptional for extra depth

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat to ensure it doesn’t stick (and add flavor).
Add the turkey to the pan and using a spatula or wooden spoon breaking it up.
Stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
Evenly sprinkle your favorite blend of spices (for example, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper) on top of the turkey.
Mix well so the turkey is coated in seasoning and let cook for another 1-2 minutes for the flavors to come through.
Taste a small bite, and if necessary, adjust the seasoning before serving.
