I've prepared these crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings so many times that I can nearly do it blindly. They're the ideal wings, with the best combination of seasonings and a handmade buffalo sauce that will leave everyone wanting seconds and thirds!
Set the air fryer's temperature to 380 degrees F. After preheating, prepare the air fryer basket.
Put the wings in a big basin and mix in the baking powder, garlic powder, and olive oil. Stir thoroughly.
Line the air fryer basket with the seasoned wings in a single layer.
For 20 minutes, air fry the wings at 380 degrees Fahrenheit, turning them every five minutes. For more crispy skin, raise the heat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for another 2 minutes. Make sure the interior temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit by using a digital meat thermometer.
Serve the air fryer wings with your preferred sides after carefully removing them from the air fryer and covering them with your preferred sauce.

NOTES
Adding a small amount of baking powder to the mixture is the best approach to achieve crispy wings in the air fryer. Crispy skin is aided by baking powder.
The 5.8 qt basket-style Cosori Air Fryer was used to make this dish. You might need to modify the cooking time if you're using a different type of air fryer. Larger wings will take longer to cook than smaller ones.
Keep any leftovers in the fridge for up to three days in an airtight container. The wings can be reheated by heating them in an air fryer set to 380 degrees Fahrenheit for two minutes, or until they are well heated. Wings are best consumed the day they are prepared.
