INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag frozen cauliflower florets (16 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat your air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or the recommended temperature setting as per your air fryer's instructions. Preheating ensures even cooking and helps achieve a crispy texture.
  • Thaw the frozen cauliflower: If using frozen cauliflower florets, thaw them according to the package instructions. Make sure to drain any excess moisture from the thawed florets by patting them dry with a kitchen towel or paper towel.
  • Season the cauliflower: In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with your desired seasonings. You can use garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, or any other preferred herbs and spices. Toss the florets until they are evenly coated with the seasonings.
  • Place in the air fryer basket: Arrange the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding the basket to allow proper airflow and ensure even cooking.
  • Air fry the cauliflower: Place the basket in the preheated air fryer and cook the cauliflower at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 12-15 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, shake the basket or flip the florets using tongs to ensure even browning.
  • Check for doneness: After the initial cooking time, check the cauliflower for desired doneness and crispiness. If you prefer it to be more golden and crispy, you can continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes. Keep a close eye on it to prevent overcooking.
  • Serve and enjoy: Once the cauliflower is cooked to your liking, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool slightly. Serve it as a standalone snack, a side dish, or as part of a larger meal. Pair it with your favorite dipping sauces or enjoy it as is.
