Regarding the spicy honey sauce:
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the honey, spicy sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. After about five minutes of warming, turn off the heat and let it steep while you prepare the chicken.
Regarding the chicken tenders:
In a large bowl, combine the panko, flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
The beaten egg, milk, spicy sauce, and the remaining salt and pepper should all be combined in a second large bowl. Mix with a whisk.
Each chicken tender should be dipped first in the egg mixture and then in the panko mixture. To make the panko stick, press it on the outside. Place the chicken tenders that have been coated on a baking sheet. Apply olive oil spray to the chicken tenders.
The air fryer should be preheated to 390F.
The chicken tenders should be arranged in a single layer with some space between them in the air fryer. Cook, turning halfway through, for 8 to 9 minutes. When the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, the chicken is done.
Serve the chicken tenders with a drizzle of honey sauce.
