INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl or a lidded jar, combine all the ingredients and shake or whisk to mix thoroughly.
Put the ingredients in a mini food processor or high-speed blender and pulse until smooth, 10 to 20 seconds.
Serve with your preferred salad ingredients. Before serving, give it a good shake.
