INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • cup white Vinegar
  • 3 tbsps Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 3 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a small bowl or a lidded jar, combine all the ingredients and shake or whisk to mix thoroughly.
  • Put the ingredients in a mini food processor or high-speed blender and pulse until smooth, 10 to 20 seconds.
  • Serve with your preferred salad ingredients. Before serving, give it a good shake.
