1cupshredded cheeseCheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mozzarella
1tablespoonbutter
1cupChipotle saucefor serving

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the Pan – Put a skillet over medium heat and add a knob of butter, melting to coat the pan
Assemble the Quesadilla — Add one tortilla to the pan, sprinkle the shredded cheese over it, and sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
Add the Second Tortilla – Place the second tortilla on top, pressing down lightly to help it stick to the cheese.
Cook Until Golden – Allow the quesadilla to cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and crispy
Flip & Toast — Gently flip the quesadilla over with a spatula and cook for another 2–3 minutes until the second side is crispy and the cheese is melted through.
