INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup olive oil rich base.
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning thyme and rosemary for added depth.
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon sugar optional — Further balances the tang, if desired.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a small bowl or salad dressing shaker, combine all of your ingredients. Cover and shake well until emulsified, or whisk until completely emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.
  • That's all. Drizzle the dressing over your cold cuts, salads, or Italian sub sandwiches, and dig in!
