Cook the pasta — Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add rotini pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente, drain and rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking, cool it down.
Prep the vegetables – Cut the carrot, cucumber, tomato, pepper, and onion into bite-sized pieces for a perfect texture balance in each bite;
Mix it all up — In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the chopped vegetables, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Season and dress — Evenly sprinkle the Salad Supreme seasoning and the Italian seasoning all over the salad; add in the Italian dressing; then toss until everything is evenly coated.
Chill and serve – Cover, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors, then serve, dig in and enjoy!
