INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz rotini pasta 
  • 1 cup Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • ½ cup  bell pepper
  • ½ cup carrot grated or finely chopped
  • ¼  red onion finely diced
  • 1  cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup  parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp  Salad Supreme seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup  Italian dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook the pasta — Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add rotini pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente, drain and rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking, cool it down.
  • Prep the vegetables – Cut the carrot, cucumber, tomato, pepper, and onion into bite-sized pieces for a perfect texture balance in each bite;
  • Mix it all up — In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the chopped vegetables, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Season and dress — Evenly sprinkle the Salad Supreme seasoning and the Italian seasoning all over the salad; add in the Italian dressing; then toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Chill and serve – Cover, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors, then serve, dig in and enjoy!
